Linda and Nick's Spreadsheet

Some notes about the spread sheet.

"Updated April 2008" is the newest addition to the spreadsheet. "Original Data" is the May version.
In the Ariel & LVIS columns, we simply put yes if we could determine a library had it.
In the Charging Policy column:
- blank = Policy Directory doesn't give any information
- Charges = copies and loans are for a fee
- Free Loans = only loans are free; copies are for a fee
- Free Copies = only copies are free; loans are for a fee
- Free Copies and Loans = both are free
In the Reciprocal field, we used both yes and no because it's a required field in OCLC, so there was no uncertainty.
Nick has added 300+ non-Ariel libraries to the spreadsheet since August 2007.
